Weekly Strength & Conditioning Classes Clondalkin

Our Strength and Conditioning (S&C) class uses all your mainstay, big exercises working with barbells and dumbbells to help increase your strength, power and muscle levels then combined with exercises and movements with battling ropes, prowler, variety of exercise balls, Boxes and plyometric exercises to absolutely incinerate and blast your body fat.

This class will change your body composition, increase your overall fitness levels and prepare you for any physical challenge or activity. Each class is run daily and for 45 minutes by our in-house fitness instructors. Come try a class and see what we are all about.
