First of all a huge Welcome to the Keith Dixon Strength and Fitness website. Whether your goal is to lose weight, some fat loss, to tone up & build muscle, increase your movement or strength, recover from an injury or to increase your performance in your chosen sport I can and am here to help you.

I have over 15 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry with qualifications in Personal Training, Strength & Conditioning and being a fully qualified Physical Therapist I have experienced many different sides to our business. One of the main things I’ve learned through all my years is that the basics work, to keep things simple, there’s no need to over complicate things.

Myself and my team here at Keith Dixon Fitness firmly believe that Fitness is for everyone so no matter your starting point, whatever your goals, whatever your fitness level or age, we have an exercise program specifically designed for you. We like to use a mixture of training types, techniques, different variables with sound nutritional advice and a balanced lifestyle outlook to get you the outcome and results you want.
